Shipping Options and Timeframes

We ship all orders through the Australia Post network.

At checkout, you may select from the following shipping options:

Regular Letter (Untracked): Estimated 3 to 4 business days
Regular Letter with Tracking: Estimated 2 to 3 business days
Express Post: Estimated 1 to 2 business days

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your payment.

If you require urgent dispatch, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your post code, Australia Post service levels, public holidays, and peak seasons.

Important Information Regarding Untracked Shipping

If you choose Regular Letter (Untracked) shipping, please be aware that this option does not include tracking, insurance, or delivery guarantees.

By selecting Untracked Shipping, you accept full responsibility for the delivery of your order once it has been handed over to Australia Post.

While we will provide photographic proof of posting as confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched, Sacred Plants Australia cannot be held liable for:

Delayed delivery
Non-delivery
Loss or damage during transit

For greater security, tracking, and peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting either Regular Letter with Tracking or Express Post at checkout.

Please consider your shipping choice carefully before completing your order, particularly for valuable, rare, or time-sensitive items.

Australian Biosecurity and Quarantine Responsibility

By purchasing, Australian buyers accept full responsibility for complying with their own state or territory’s biosecurity, quarantine, and plant import regulations.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any orders that are delayed, inspected, seized, destroyed, or refused by domestic biosecurity or quarantine authorities within Australia.

We strongly advise checking your local quarantine restrictions, particularly if you are located in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, or other regions with strict plant and seed import controls.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries where permitted by law.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any items ordered are legal to import into their country.
Sacred Plants Australia does not provide phytosanitary certificates or any other official customs documentation beyond standard postage labels.

By purchasing, international buyers accept full responsibility for complying with their own country’s import laws, customs regulations, and quarantine requirements.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any orders that are delayed, inspected, seized, destroyed, or refused by customs or quarantine authorities.

We strongly advise all international customers to research their import requirements carefully before placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 90 days of purchase for non-perishable, unopened products in their original packaging that have never been used.

Conditions for Returns:

Products must be in unused, original condition
Products must be returned in their unopened original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
You must contact us prior to sending any returns

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your purchase is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description provided.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for seeds or perishable goods unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
