Are your products organic? Many of our seeds and botanicals are Australian grown, organic and sustainably harvested, although not all are certified organic. How do you ensure seed viability? We maintain strict storage and rotation practices to maximise seed freshness and viability. Germination guides are provided for all plant species to assist you. Do you guarantee germination? Germination depends on many external factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee outcomes but provide clear growing guidance to support your success. How should I store seeds if I am not planting them straight away? Store seeds in a cool, dry, and dark place, avoiding exposure to heat or moisture, to maintain their viability. Are your products ethically sourced? Yes. We work with trusted growers, wildcrafters, and indigenous communities to ensure ethical and respectful sourcing of all sacred plants and botanicals.

How are orders shipped? Orders are shipped through the Australia Post network. You can select Regular Letter (Untracked), Regular Letter with Tracking, or Express Post at checkout. Do you provide tracking? Tracking is available if you select a tracked shipping option. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Is shipping discreet? Yes. All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. What if I choose untracked shipping? Untracked shipping does not include insurance or delivery guarantees. By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post. Can I request urgent shipping? If you require urgent dispatch, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Can I return a product? We accept returns within 90 days for non-perishable, unopened products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before sending any return. When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions. Do you accept returns for seeds or perishable items? Seeds and perishable items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

What if customs seizes my order? We are not responsible for parcels delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or quarantine authorities. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered in such cases. Do you provide customs certificates? We provide standard postal documentation only. Phytosanitary certificates and other official documents are not available.
