The complex components of Agua de Florida include citrus and herbal notes along with spice and floral undertones. These delightful elements are provided by Bergamot, Neroli, Lemon, Cloves, Cinnamon, Lavender, Rosewater and Orange Blossom. When the fragrance is first applied the delicious citrus notes are most dominant. The scent then settles into an incredibly appealing dry spice.

Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de León was exploring Florida in 1513 when he discovered The Fountain of Youth and the mysterious civilization of young people who bathed and drank from it. The natives were perplexed by the age of the explorers as though they had never seen old people before. The natural mineral spring was heavily perfumed with the falling flowers from the exotic plants that surrounded it. After he and his men bathed they immediately felt its rejuvenating qualities. Their entire bodies were also perfumed in a delighful scent. On his return to Spain, the explorer spoke of the legend of The Fountain of Youth and its exotic fragrance. He was approached by an intrigued perfume maker who offered to recreate the scent...and Agua de Florida was born.
